We’re excited to introduce Hallie, our newest Project Manager at C3 Technology Advisors! Hallie brings nearly 20 years of IT experience and a genuine passion for problem-solving, organization, and leading teams. We couldn’t be happier to have her on board!
Hallie’s journey in IT started after she earned her BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University. Though she began in food service management, she quickly discovered her love for technology. Over the years, she’s honed her skills in roles ranging from technical writing to data analytics and project coordination. She’s worked with some impressive organizations, including General Dynamics Land Systems, Comerica Bank, Ascension Health, and Kelly, all of which have paved the way to her new role with us at C3.
On the personal side, Hallie and her husband moved to northern Michigan 9.5 years ago when her husband became the store director at Alpena Meijer. They have two wonderful daughters—one still
lives with them, while the other has her own place back in Oxford. Hallie is also an active community member, serving on the Board of Directors at Lost Lake Woods Club, where they live.
In her work, Hallie thrives on process improvement and problem-solving, always with a fresh set of eyes. She’s a pro at planning and organizing and loves the challenge of tackling new projects. Her favorite piece of tech? Her iPhone! Hallie says as a kid she devoured every encyclopedia her family owned—now, having knowledge right at her fingertips is something she never takes for granted.
Outside the office, Hallie stays busy with a wide variety of hobbies. She loves knitting, crocheting, and baking delicious treats. Hallie and her husband are also big fans of outdoor adventures, whether it’s golfing, snowmobiling, or riding side-by-side on trails around northern Michigan and the UP. And if that wasn’t enough, Hallie has quite the musical background—she was in the Spartan Marching Band at MSU, performing for President Ford at the Big House! Today, she’s president of the Sunrise Side Ringers Community Handbell Choir and has learned to play more instruments than she can count.
