C3 is thrilled to announce its newest Project Manager, Krista Dugan! Krista has over 15 years of experience helping clients implement their technology and troubleshoot any issues during the post-implementation phase of a project. She will help take C3's project management team to the next level!
Krista has been in Telecom for over 15 years and loves it. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a major in IDS and a minor in Communications. When she joined the Telecom world she started in the GES (Government and Education) sector and then worked her way to the global financial sector.
However, don't let Krista's years of experience in the Telecom world fool you. She is eager to learn about new technologies in the C3 ecosystem! With her energetic and curious personality, we know that she will dominate learning advanced technologies and help clients implement those solutions. What we love about Krista is when she doesn't know something she: (1) is open to learning about it, (2) will ask a lot of questions about it, and (3) does her own research to provide a wider understanding. How awesome is that?!?
The one technology Krista knows really well and loves dearly is high-speed internet! She loves being able to have the ability to work from home, communicate more effectively, research/learn (thanks YouTube), stay up to date with the news, and keep in touch with family and friends.
Krista not only has a love for technology but for her clients as well. She highly believes that communication is key! Krista noted, "My number one priority is customer happiness. I will over-communicate around a project to the customer. I have their best interests at heart and I'm dedicated to working hard for them. I always try to put myself in the customer's shoes and treat them the way I would want to be treated."
When Krista isn't helping clients she loves to read and spend time with her husband, her 4-year-old son, and first son (aka her 10-year-old puppy). When they aren't playing video games or coloring, you can catch the family at the aquarium, a museum, or the zoo!
