C3 is thrilled to announce our newest Contact Center (CX) and Unified Communications (UC) Engineer, James Gordon! His focus will be on helping clients design and engineer the best technological solutions that fit their organization's needs. His aims are to help guide clients in choosing the right products, at the right price point, with the right vendors. His love for IT started with the desire to be a network guru, but he quickly fell in love with how telephony platforms truly bring networks to life! “Both subjects have been my passion since marrying the two together about a decade ago,” said Gordon. He brings this love along with years of experience as a network engineer, senior project manager, and senior solutions engineer to the C3 team.
James currently holds a BBA in M.I.S from the University of Notre Dame, two master’s degrees (MBA, MS-IT), and is currently working towards his Doctoral in Information Technology. He thoroughly enjoys the Contact Center platform vertical within the telephony industry. Within the platform itself, he enjoys all things Contact Center: Admin, WFM, IVR, and Data Analytics to name a few! Now he is interested in expanding his knowledge and experience in customer journey orchestration, digital channel expansion, and AI enhancements.
When James isn’t working and helping clients, he enjoys working out, collecting/watching digital movies, vacationing, and spending time with his family. Family time for him is everything and includes both lazy days at home and exploring neighboring cities close to them. Did someone say ROAD TRIP!!
So, what else can we tell you about James? He currently lives in Danville, Indiana with his wife of 17 years and his four boys Kai (20), Jaden (13), Tre (11), and Jax (10). The family also shares their home with their 2 dogs - Gizmo and Koda
