C3 is in growth mode! An excited welcome to our newest teammate and Global Technology Advisor, Austin Lacy. Austin will focus on helping organizations in the Indianapolis area – specializing in customer experience solutions like Contact Center, Unified Communications, Workforce Management, and AI for medium-large enterprises.
After earning a B.S. from Ball State University, Austin jumped into the tech field, working for a Contact Center (CC) and Unified Communications (UC) solution provider. Over the next 4 ½ years Austin worked his way up from his starting position as Solutions Engineer, to Regional Sales Director of the Midwest.
He believes this experience gives him a unique perspective and ability to help executives achieve business goals with technology. In his own words, “Professionally, my passion is learning and embracing the ever-changing technology marketplace and challenging myself to think critically about how each solution can improve customer processes. I love solving complex business problems and thinking outside the box to find the solution that is best for my customers.”
During his time in the UC and CC space, Austin previously worked with C3 and said that was a big part of the reason he chose to join our team, “I worked with the team at C3 and saw firsthand the level of detail and expertise that was provided to the customers on every project. I jumped at the chance to join this awesome team and to help grow C3’s already great customer base.”
In his spare time, Austin coaches high school football. In
