What a Year it Has Been...

As the year draws to a close, we are filled with gratitude. 

Thank you to our clients for helping make this year truly one to remember. 2022 was filled with a growing team of outstanding individuals. Our team remains focused on what is best for our clients. The C3 team provided you with hands-on support, both educational and networking experiences, and a team committed to working on themselves. 

We provided you with even more support.  

Our clients have and always will have access to a dedicated team of advisors, engineers, and project managers fluent in all things tech. When you have a question, need, or problem –rest assured we’re here and ready to help. 2022 was another rapid growth year for C3 Technology Advisors. We welcomed 11 new all-stars to the organization. These new teammates helped C3 achieve new heights while staying true to our culture and core values.  

“We are building a team at C3 to continue to support our clients (big and small) while keeping our identity and staying true to ourselves,” said Taylor Vossler, Director of Operations, “Being 100% remote, it’s hard to not only build but to grow a culture that we have today – and that ladies and gentlemen is an accomplishment all on its own.” 

Having a company culture that strives to bring out the best of us while adding new tools and processes along the way has allowed C3 to continue to operate toward excellence.  

We provided you with exceptional experiences. 

Not only did we connect with our clients, vendors, and team virtually, but we also provided 25 in-person events to network, connect with peers, and become educated about new and emerging technologies that may be game changers for you and your organization. 

Our biggest event of the year, the C3 Tech Summit, was held under a new name, new venue, and new events team. This year’s summit brought folks together in one room where conversations, connections, and a sense of community were created. It is not every day you can talk to a CTO, a former FBI agent, your peers, and your mentors all in one space!

We don’t want to SELL you; we want to EMPOWER you. And that is a huge accomplishment.  

But we didn’t stop there when making events memorable; throughout the year, we created opportunities to give back and engage with our local community.  

 Our Veterans Invitational at American Dunes helped us recognize our veterans and support Team RWB. While our Pre-Summit West Michigan Whitecap Games at the LMCU Ballpark collected hundreds of school supplies for Grand Rapids Public Schools.

We provided you with a team willing to work on themselves.  
 

During the summer of 2022, the entire team spent two full days together at “Camp C3”. Our focus during this time was strengthening relationships, strategic growth planning, and team workshops.  We took the time to hear from our engineers, project managers, advisors, and administrative staff about what is working well and what could be used for some improvement. 

“I truly loved connecting with the team for two days at Camp C3,” said Matthew Toth, President of C3, “This event served multiple purposes, and I look forward to doing it even bigger and better in 2023.” 

But instead of just leaving it all there with no movement, we as a team took the necessary steps to implement these changes immediately to not only provide a better work experience internally but to continue to strive for an excellent, white-glove experience for all our current and new clients.  

 

You provided us with a purpose.  

C3 is continuing to transform the way we operate and support our employees, community, and clients. It is exciting to see the growth and even more to see the impact it has on those around us.  

We are dedicated to helping each and every organization we work with make better technology buying decisions that not only support their bottom line but provide a better, more pleasant experience for them, their employees, and their customers.
